The product as well as the engraving is included into all  of the prices shown on the website. The data of customers will not be forwarded to third parties. When ordering, upload  the picture with the best quality right away. The engraver assumes that the customers want to engrave the particular pictures they send and that they have the best possible quality. The final result will suffer if the picture is fuzzy, the faces unclear, or if other deficiencies appear. If the picture is totally unsuitable for the engraving then we have to get in touch with you and the time of the process will be drag on for both parties. We can engrave dedications in Russian only with the font Arial. If the customer has not stated their clear vision into the additional information box, then the engraver will decide the placement of pictures and texts himself. If the customer’s request is unsuitable for the particular photo and product, then the engraver will design the order on the basis of his own judgement. If the ornamentation chosen by the customer is unfit for the pictures or the products, then it will be cancelled in order to engrave the picture larger to ensure that the final result will be nicer. The engraver will not check or edit the grammar of the text to be engraved. Everything is engraved as it is laid out in the order.
